Help please with PayPal

Question

When you add a cc to your account, you can send money? I added mom's cc because I can't send money, of course I will have enough in my PayPal account... Does the money first come from your paypal?

you will have to verify the account,, your mom's credit card will be charged 12 cents and 25 cents for example... then Paypal will ask you for those amounts charged to your card to make sure you have access... if you dont tell your mom then you can get in some serious trouble... you cant take money out of paypal unless you put it back to the credit card.. you will carry a balance on paypal and you can use it as its "own" credit card... make sure you have persmission before you use your mom's CC.
