  2. Popular Photo magazine has a section monthly on how to edit photos in photoshop. The methods are geared to the professional version of PS but most of the methods also work in Photoshop Elements. go to their website and browse, check out the tab How To.

    Go to your local library or book store and check out the books on photoshop and photo editing. There are a number of good books on photoshop that will give you step by step guidance on how to edit your photos.
