actually i have a cd about my subject but i can;t explore it as it demands explorer 5 i have down load it even then it is not exploring what should i do ihave to have seee that cd for my study.

Simple girl, just boot once more and then try again or take ur CPU to service centre

2. if not please refer to the manual for installation.

3. consult the retailer for a new same cd.

there is a simple solution to this

download latest version of internet explorer (internet explorer 8 beta) from http://www.filehippo.com/download_intern...

and install it

it has a feature that it emulates previous versions of internet explorer.

may be that way ur problem can be solved...

Follow this procedure

1. Check that your CD and CD Drive both are Okay.

2. Your Computer might be infected with virus. Reload the operating system i.e Windows XP or Vista in your computer then check your CD is working or not.

plse check ur cd on another system.

are u trying to play a DVD in CD ROM ? that is not possible

and whether your CD Drive is playing other cds or not.?
