hello...pls help...serious answers pls.?

im 21. im an IT student and at the same time working..... i have a very stressful life...i have classes from 4:30pm until 9pm Mon-Fri and have work from 9pm til 5am in the morning Mon-Fri. Im afraid that my health will go down since I dont get enough sleep..my questions are: what multivitamins/supplement should i take that suits me? How much units of a certain vitamin should i take? Is Centrum ok? what should i do to minimize the stress (pls don't tell me to quit my job. i need this to have an experience. this is my first job ever)?...thank you very much.....your answers will be very much appreciated.. =)

  1. I think you can try stress tabs, with zinc!!

    also, take primrose oil capsules!! they r very healthy for women

    hmm...as long as you are sleeping enough (6-8 hrs), eat well and you feel you can continue the way you are, you should be fine!!

    try meditating once a week and pamper yourself with a nice bath on weekends!!

    I'm a med student, but my life is not as hectic as yours.

  2. A lot of times, stress is self induced. Taking vitamins might not help much. You can try just regular Flintstone vitamins but as long as you have a healthy diet and a good night sleep. You should be fine.

    I've been in the military for a little over two years and I work in blood bank in the lab so it gets really stressful. I also bounce shifts like crazy so if I don't know how to manage my sleep, my sleep cycle will get all messed up. The best way to deal with stress is to cope with it and learn to handle it. Also, catch up on your sleep when you have time off and just take the time to relax. I'm now 26 weeks pregnant and still going.

    That probably didn't help much but I hope it at least gives you some insight.
