it could be Food poisoning, did u eat anything, that tasted funny or something like that over the past day or so? it could also be that you caught the flu, but the most likely reason is that you got food poisoning.. get better soon...

btw, food poisoning could go away by it self over time (few days) but if you still have problems after the first day or so, go to the doctors.
