The computer in my room can not get on the internet but the connetion is working fine. What wrong?

  1. it sounds like you have a corrupted file i would go into my computer remove my browser and reload it firefox works wonders!


  2. Need more info. How do you know the connection is working fine and by can not get on the internet, do you mean that you cannot get any web pages in your browser?
