Help pokemon ruby?

i caught 60 pokemon and beat the elite four

but where do you go to get the acess to the battle frontier

there is no battle frontier in pokemon ruby. that was only in pokemon emerald. in pokemon ruby, you can only go to the battle tower by going to slateport city or lilycove city and going to the ship dock place and you show the sailor your ticket you got after defeating the elite four. so sorry, you can not go to the battle frontier because that's in emerald, not ruby. but still, there's lots of fun stuff to do in ruby like going to the battle tower and get free items every time you win seven straight wins in the battle tower.

goto slateport city and in the top right hand corner of the town thre should be a place with a boat. go inside and talk to the guy. he will ask you where you want to go: lillycove or battle tower. select battle tower and off you go!

Sorry there is no Battle Frontier in Pokemon Ruby, it's available in Pokemon Emerald only but you can go to the Battle Tower if you take the Ship from Slateport or Lilycove, and as for the 60 Pokemon it's different to get the National Pokedex in Ruby too. You need all the Pokemon in Hoenn to have the Pokedex and upgrade it to a National Dex.
