  1. I am not a doctor nor am I psychic, but based on all of the factors you mentioned, I would venture to guess you are not pregnant. The timing would generally not be right (based on an "average" cycle which I have no way of knowing whether or not you have), he didn't ejaculate inside you, AND you took plan B.

Even if you were pregnant, if your period is due around the 24th it is probably too early to either have symptoms or get a positive test. My advice is to try your best to stop stressing over it (because stress can then mess with your cycle even more, possibly delaying ovulation therefore making your period late which will then stress you out WAY more...)

I am willing to bet you are safe. Just wait it out, if your period turns up late, take a pregnancy test.

Also please use protection in the future - and not just for part of the time, and regardless of whether or not he ends up ejaculating. Having s*x means being responsible for the risks.

  2. It's really too early to use a preg test.  It only takes one sperm cell to find a waiting egg.  Contrary to popular belief, pulling out before ejaculation will NOT protect you.  Seminal fluid (the fluid that he produces for lubrication) contains sperm cells as well.

  3. i'd say....no worries. but just remember how crappy it feels to be this worried after your period does come. that way you wont have to worry every single month...

  4. You're supposed to take the Plan B within 72 hours, which you did. Unfortunately it's effectiveness goes down as you get closer to 72 hours.

Sperm can live in the body for at least 48 hours, maybe more.

Taking Plan B can make you nauseated and give you headaches, so that may be part of the reason or it could just be stress.

Why on earth would you let him take the condom off???? It is NOT worth the kind of stress you are going through right now. You have a right to protect your health, safety and your right to birth control. No guy is worth risking your future for. If he whines about it, then he doesn't get the privlage of having s*x with you. End of story.

If the you don't like condoms, get yourself on another form of birth control. IMMEDIATELY. Go to your doctor or a clinic like Planned Parenthood. If money is an issue, many clinics offer discounted rates based on your income.

Please, please, please get yourself on some reliable birth control that you will use correctly.

If your period doesn't arrive on time, you can take one of the early detection tests, or you can go to a clinic and have one done at little or no cost.

Take care of yourself, and get the protection you need.

  5. Well, Plan B is effective up to 48 hours after the s*x, so it is doubtful you are pregnant. Also, since your period was the week before this sexual encounter there is a slim chance you were even ovulating at or around that time, however sperm (even from pre-*** that you may not have noticed) can live inside you for an average of 3 days.

It takes about 6-10 days (sometimes up to 14 days) for the fertilized egg to reach the uterus and implant entirely. Once that happens, your body starts producing a pregnancy hormone called HCG. HCG is usually not detectable until 3 days before your next period, sometimes not even until after you have missed your period. In other words...you took the test about 3 weeks too early.

Your headaches are unrelated. Early pregnancy symptoms usually don't start until you are 4-6 weeks pregnant, with more concrete symptoms like morning sickness starting between weeks 7 and 12. It is WAY to early to have pregnancy symptoms if you are preg.

Wait until the 24, and if you miss your period, take a test. If the test is negative wait another week and retest. If it is still negative, you are most likely not pregnant and are probably just stressing out too much. Stress can cause your period to be late.

On average, it takes women 3 months of solid, unprotected s*x before they even have a successful fertilization and implantation. And these are women who are TRYING. Since you aren't and your s*x was sporatic, the chance you are pregnant is VERY slim (plus you took Plan B which actually prevents a fertilized egg from implanting into the uterus).

Next time either avoid s*x altogether or don't let him take the condom off. Knowing exactly how s*x, hormones, and pregnancy work is critical to know BEFORE becoming sexually active. There is much more to pregnancy than simply having unprotected s*x. Basically everything in the universe must line up perfectly. If you do not understand all of this and what changes your body goes through when it is ovulating, menstruating, or pregnant, you aren't ready to be having s*x.

  6. well i would just relax and wait it up. if your parents are understanding try talking to them about the possibility of them becoming grandparents. but our guess is as good as yours.

  7. it's a costly thing to let little boys use you....think about how much a baby will cost you...a little more than a plan b pill...you will find that acting like a dog in heat isn't really worth it in the end.
