can sum1 plz tell me a a website or sumthing i can download such as windows movie maker i already tried that it sucked anywayz it haz 2 be able 2 split a whole video into clips and then combine i need 2 split a video 4 youtube i wud relli appreciate it thanx and plz make sure its free

Well you can do that with Windows Movie Maker, click "Clip" and then "Split". Anyway, you can try Jahshaka:

Its free and open source, and is extremely powerful; comparable to high end production software. But if you just want to split a clip, I recommend you stick with Windows Movie Maker.
