  1. Stop communicating with him.

A scammer is not going to sue you.

  2. This is from the stormpay website

    Classified Site Scam

If you have received an email from a potential buyer or an email that appears to be from StormPay asking you to ship an item you are selling to Nigeria, and a money order will be delivered to your home, DO NOT ship the item. This is a common online scam. StormPay did not generate and send that email. Information regarding this type of scam can also be found by clicking the “avoid scams and fraud” link on the Craig’s list website. StormPay does not process payments for any Craig’s List transactions. If you have sent your item, please contact the shipping service used to send the item to stop shipment. If you have any additional questions, please click the “contact us” link to submit a support ticket.

its an age old scam. sounds similar to yours. have a look at their site and see what you think. there is a section telling you how it all works

If you have recieved payment then just return it. if not ignore it. dont send the item until you have confirmation of payment in your own account.
