Help????????????????

Question

have a hp laptop i need to reboot or restart it to its factory settings. i dont have the disk to do it. can any one give me a link to get the disk or tell me how to do it in steps.does it have to do with something like the F8 botton or the F12.can u help me?

Well on mine, when starting it up, the screen turn black for maybe 5 secs and at the top it says press F11 for recovery, and then you go on to where it says something like full restore (destruction) and something else, dont do the one that says destruction then you'll need the disk for that one. thats all i know, hop it helps!
