What exactly is the problem?  Invite your friends and or relatives.  Pick a place.  Arrange for some food.  And have a good time.

when you invite all the little kiddies tell them to bring there own garbage bags ,take them to a park,school yard ,play ground or conservation area tell them its a scavenger hunt and the first to fill there bag will debris that is man made ie garbage they will get a price give the first one something special and make sure you have loot bags for all the rest as they finish.give out prices according to weight of bags,most weirdest thing found have fun
