how do u change pic from a boy to a girl. So u see i need help

you mean on your icon thingy ??

if it is then you just need to upload a picture... or create an avatar... that boy means that you don't have an icon.

just like me im a girl and have that male person guy as an icon.

Boy! You -do- need help!

I think the easiest way would be to merge two pictures.  Say there's a boy you want to turn to a girl.  Get a picture of a girl and put the boy's face on her, surrounded by her hair.  

You could also spend some time 'drawing' makeup on him--eye liner, eye shadow, rouge, lipstick, etc., to make his face look more feminine.

But just editing his face onto hers would be relatively easy.  If the pictures were compatible--mostly this would mean the heads were facing the same way.
