I feel as if I have lost the real me and Im no longer in tune with my real self...

I Constantly put on a act everyday so people cannot see the scar's that lay beneath my skin (emotion's) so I act different...

What are some way's to get back to my center?

  2. Like what some people said, yoga and meditation are good forms for getting back to your center.

  3. I don't know if you have recently suffered a loss or some kind of disappointment but you can give yourself some time outside. It is a natural remedy to watch a tree or an ocean or a bird and feel the sun on your skin. Take a moment to spend some time outside and become aware of each of your senses as you experience some form of nature to focus on.

    If you keep feeling this way you might have a chemical imbalance and need to seek a professional for help. Try some hot lines from you phone book.  Best wishes.

  5. Take some time to relax and do the things that are the most pleasant to you. More importantly it's never good to put on an act, so if you're feeling out of place or out of touch just be honest. It's more about making your self happy than hiding how you feel. Surely the people around you will understand that you want time to figure out how to help yourself.

  6. i think u should practice yoga and meditation it realy relaxes you and it its the 2nd best way to do that. The 1st best way is to go to a churtch.
