  2. STEPS IS THE WAY OUT

smoke for a whole week the same amount exactly, the week after cut one and the week after an other, keep this up for 4 weeks. now wait longer say 2 week without changing further, then go on cut more one by one for an other 5 weeks and then again keep same level for 2-3 weeks, when you've reached the last 10 cut one every 2-3 weeks to avoid the withdrawal reactions. at the last step you are with 1 or 2 left, just stop,

important: NEVER TAKE CIGARETTES FROM ANYONE ELSE, only use your own box with the counted amount

  3. Try to drink coffee or something like that like pop when ever you feel the need to smoke.  Good Luck!

  4. You ARE going to suffer withdrawal.  Remember  you can only hold one thought in your mind at a time.  Sustitute another thought immediately.

Make a list of the GOOD reasons for not smoking.  When you think you need a toke, read the list.

Get a stack of about $10 in one dollar bills.  In a safe place burn up a bill everytime you smoke one.  With prices going up on everything right now that will really reinforce how much money you are wasting with the smoking habit.

  5. Try meditation. It works for lots of things. I never smoked but I knowed plenty that did and a lot of them got by with prayer and meditation.

  6. Two weeks of pain and then the cravings ease each week after that... Im off them 10 years now and I did not find it easy to give up, It took about 5 attempts but the reason I succeded is that I wanted to give them up.. Will power is the answer.. Stay away from those who smoke for a while because that only makes it worse.. If you want to give them up then you will I promise.. If you dont make a proper effort then your wasting your time.. You have to accept that there is a hugh effort on your part and that you have to fight an addiction..
