Its been happening for about half a year... I just suddenly get it where it goes really hard and I cant do anything about it, and its really embarrassing? should I see a doctor?

it's part of puberty and I remember how difficult it can be anything and not even s**y can set it off but the good news is it will pass so give it time and it'll settle down
