Help remote problem?

ok so i have dish network remote accidentely spilled milk on it

i ended up finally cleaning it up and i have been air drying it out with a hair dryer and now its laying on my air purifier so pleeeeaaaassse i need to fix it like in the next few min its frozen on the button that got spilled on

any suggestions :(((((

Take a soft bristle brush and dip it in rubbing alcohol and clean the remote. Open the battery compartment. Remove batteries. Make sure none of the milk got in there. If so, use some more rubbing alcohol. Install new batteries. PRAY...

Universal remotes are relatively cheap. So you can always get one of those if you trashed the remote.

The brand I've had good success with on more than one time over the years was the One for All brand.

tuner or electronic spray cleaner, Also wd40 which you can get at radio shack.I use those all the time to solve remote problems spray it all over the face plate and wipe clean.
