  1. Nail varnish remover - works perfectly.

  2. There's a product that removes adhesive from surfaces.  I'll walk out to the garage and get the name of it for you.

    B right back.

It's called "Oops", I bought it at True Value Hardware, but you could probably get it at Wal Mart or just about anywhere.

It comes in both spray can or leak-top bottle.

    .

  3. Most solvents will enable you to remove the residue but the stronger ones may also damage your dash!

Take 3 small pieces of rag, the first with ordinary White Spirit on it, the 2nd wet and with a drop of washing up liquid, the last just wet.  The WS will remove the residue, the soapy one removes solvent traces and wet one reomoves the soap.

  4. Good old Acrysol

  5. WD 40

  6. Brake Cleaner from a car accessory shop. Use lightly.

    Regards

  7. Try a little WD40 on a duster, once removed, clean the whole dash with a cockpit shine or similar.

  8. alcohol, finger nail posh remover, rub it with your finger nail,, a wash rag and soap and water
