    18 - it does not contribute to air pollution

    19 - It can become polluted if an underground storage system leaks, from landfills and if any pollutants on the surface seep through the soil and reach the groundwater then that will also pollute it.  

    20 - (Do you just mean conservation in general?) Well, it's important because not every resource is renewable, we have to take what we have and use it wisely.  

    21 - I'm not too sure about this one, sorry.
