Help!! she is gonna kill me!!!?

Question

i tried to something nice for my gf i thought id do the washing so i put in all the whites done the wash iv just gone to take them out they are now a pale blue i left a towel from the previous wash in there!! is there a way i can fix this before she notices or am i going to have to emigrate before she gets in?? help!

wash again with little bit of bleach and oxyclean.

LOL,  Try "white brite" it removes stains from whites, do not use any detergent with it tho'.  

There should be a bleach section in the drawer if you use bleach, but the "white brite" would just go in the detergent part. (c:   ....  and just in case it doesn't work?  Light blue is a nice color and YOU are VERY nice to have done the laundry.

If they're pure white, try Rit. They may end up looking even better than they did before.

maybe wash the whites again at 90C+, but a little more powder in, QUICKLY!!!

Nothing you can do to save the laundry, but, you can tell her how sorry you are and take her shopping for some new clothes.  She will appreciate what you tried to do for her.

If you have not dried the clothes, you may have a chance.  There is a product at the grocery store in the laundry section called "Bluing".  It is a liquid additive for white laundry.  You mix it with water and then pour it into your laundry using hot water for the wash cycle.  You can also add the OxyClean with the laundry too.  If there are any silks, etc. using bleach might harm the fibers of the material.  Good Luck!
