Every time I surf the net, a page appears suddenly on my screen called "Crazy Girls". It seems to be a p**n site. I find it in my menu and when I trace the target I find it's in my D drive under program files/instant access. I never entered a site like that and I don't know how to get rid of it. Can anyone help?

  1. it's probably adware, try and adware removal program like malware bytes or adaware.

  2. Use a browser like firefox or opera and use pop up blocker. Also download/update and run full scan with adaware, may take a long time depending on how much you have on pc. Remove anything it finds once finished.

You may also want to download ccleaner which removes unwanted temp, cookie etc files. All free to use.

    Good luck

  3. If you know where the file is you can delete it directly, or scan it with an Antivirus, once detected it will be remove. Don't click any links to that files, it will surely infects all your System.

Or you can go to Tools/ Internet Options/ see if it appears as your Homepage, Changed it.

  4. go to that file and delete it...also delete ur browsing history...

  5. It looks like you are infected with something but not sure from your information what it is exactly but hopefully it's just adware.

If you have tried removing the program from add and remove programs and also tried deleting the file/files and had no luck then I'd install and run the following software to clean your computer of all infections.

Firstly, switch off System Restore, you can restart this once your computer is clean. You do this because a lot of infections hide in these restore points and reactivate themselves after you have scanned your computer.

You don't say what protection you have so I'll assume none. If you have anti-virus software on your computer already you can skip the Avast suggestion although I still do recommend this.

I always recommend the following be stored on computers and install them myself on any I repair.

    Avast Home Edition http://avast.com

Run a full scan once a month. I find this the best free anti-virus software

    SUPERantispyware http://superantispyware.com

Update and run a full scan once a week.

    Spybot Search and Destroy http://safer-networking.org

Update, Immunize and scan once a week.

    ccleaner http://ccleaner.com

Run the Cleaner scan and remove all it finds

Run the Registry scan and fix all issues but repeat this until nothing is detected.

    Run this daily.

    Comodo Firewall http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/

Some people just prefer the Windows one but this is better.

Check that you don't need to defragment monthly and also run a Disk Cleanup monthly too.

A good program for removing programs that seem to refuse to go no matter what you do is http://www.revouninstaller.com/index.htm... however be careful how you use this.

Email me if I can be of further help.
