I feel the need to constantly buy things. Every time I have money I spend it. Whenever I have money I don't feel comfortable putting it away. Then sometimes when I buy things I realize that I don't really want it. Am I a shopaholic or something? And how can I get and keep my spending under control?

  1. what you have is obsessive-compulsive disorder.  it is a disease.  and it happens because you are dis - eased.  uneasy about your feelings.  the shopping and the rituals you go through to go shopping take you out of yourself.  it keeps you from facing the real problem.  you can seek help for this from an appropriate 12 step program or a competent therapist.

  2. Ahhhhh im like that tooo!!!!

Can you please send me the answer you chose in the end?

Thanks  for telling me im not the only one!

  3. You are using those things to make you feel better, but this only works for a short time. It is a good idea to save 10% - 25% of your disposable income, but feel free to enjoy the rest, so long as you achieve your savings target, and make provision for regular bills. Is there someone you trust, who can hold it for you, like your mother?
