i have 2 do a speech infront of my class but i dont know what on! people have done adoption, bullying etc. but i cant think of anything interesting. and afte we have 2 debate. can any1 think of anything?

You don't really say the ages of these children but it could be on a number of things...

1) Size 0 trend - is it harmful that all these models and celebrities have this figure and influences on young people.

2) ASBO's - good idea for young people to behave or too restrictive - why?

3) Uniforms - good idea for everyone to dress the same or should children be allowed to express own individuality through dress?

4) Exams - are they useful for children to refreshen mind and make sure they know subjects or are they just too stressful?

You could give a speech on serving Special Needs students and the reason for leveling the playing field for them through accommodations/modifications of curriculum.
