Help speed up my lacrosse shot?

any tips on how i can shoot faster ?

Don't forget about form.

There is a reason why Tiger Woods can drive farther than guys twice his size.

Same with lax.  

Look up some tutorials on proper shooting technique as well as hitting the gym.

First work on your strength and power of your shot.  Then like snap your wrists and stick and you will get a quick, powerful, fast shot.  Good luck with this amazing sport!!
