Help sprained wrist??

ok how do i sprain my wrist?? like i mean what can i do to it to sprain it. Please don't be rude or look out. and I'm not going to try it i just want to no ways to do it on purpose. Please help 10 points for best answer. and remember don't be rude. please please help me!!

when i was little i always wanted to sprain my wrist!

but yah fall straight down on it.

bend it in a bad position.

rollerbladeing

basically any sport and then falling.

so basically falling!

but please i know you said you wouldnt but i mean i broke my wrist playing basketball, it was one of the most painful things ever, it was almost 2 years ago and i still have aches and pains from it.
