So, my Philips 4GB mp3 player is wierding out on me. I have always put the same kind of files onto it, and it worked. I could put a couple hundred songs onto it and a movie. And it played them without problem. I used the windows media player 10 once to sync the music files on there. It worked fine until I wanted to add more songs, and then my player stopped playing the music. I went and cleared out EVERYTHING. Every music and video file was removed, so I could start clean. I put the files on there the normal way, from my computer, copy and pasting. It now says "File format not supported!" when I try to play a song. It will play the movie, but not the music. I tried the reset button, the repair thing (which nothing happened), and it says that my device is totally updated. I dont understand....perhaps you do???
