  1. I am sorry you feel so bad. Here are some things that might help.

The main thing is to never take any medication on an empty stomach unless the directions tell you to. Just even eat a cracker or two and drink some milk (or Gatorade if you don't like milk) before you take a pill.

Always take pills with a full, 8 oz. glass of water.

Again, according to the directions on the bottle, if they don't specifically state "Do not crush," then mash the pill up in some applesauce, like the gentleman before me advised, and spoon it down that way.

The excessive aspirin you took may have damaged the linings of your esophagus and stomach. You should discuss this with your doctor. It could be you might be able to get the pills you need in a "buffered" formula (coated so as not to irritate esophagus/stomach). Or it may be you will need to prime the pump, so to speak, by taking something like Rolaids, Tums, Zantac, etc. 30 minutes or so before taking your pills. But again, you need to talk this over with your doctor and/or make sure the directions on the pills say it is okay to do this. Some pills are ineffective if you use Rolaids, take calcium, or acid-blockers beforehand.

Seek the help you need, and try not to worry about this too much. Stress only makes it worse. You can work this out.

  2. dont just swallow it put it in apple sauce and swallow it that way with some water of course. it will trick your mind into thinking your just eating mushy food instead of ingesting something that your body doesnt need

  3. put them in ice cream!! and talk to your doctor
