  1. I would advise you to see a doctor as soon as you can. You're symptoms are some of the symptoms of depression. Depression is a very complex condition and left untreated can cause further complications in your life and also for those around you.

It may help to get your self a "mood diary". Write in it when ever your mood changes good or bad and what your up to in general and how you feel. Include things like what your are eating and how often, sleep patterns, ect.

Take it to your mum or a close friend you trust (or a therapist if you prefer) and let them read what you want them to. Anyone who respects you wont push you to read more than you want for them to. The information the "mood diary" will be able to give the therapist is helpful for your treatment.

  2. Write it down on a piece of paper.  What the problem is, what you have tried to do about it, what other things you have done that are related to the problem and then give it to your parents, counsellor or doctor.

  3. Talk to someone completely neutral, a counsellor who wont judge you for anything.  Or if you can't talk about anything keep a diary and write it down.  At least then you have gotton whatever it is out of your mind and onto paper instead
