Help the skin on my p***s is ripping apart, what the heck is wrong?

I know it's not a S.T.D. because i haven't had s*x since i was 16 and now i'm 34, the skin on the head has turned white around were the rip happened, there isn't any pain from urinating or just moving stuff around but when i get an erection it starts to hurt allot, and after not getting any for 18 years i get erections from anything, what could be doing this?
