Help the whole left side of my nose is stuffed to the point i can't even breath through it?

how do i get rid of this stuffy nose? i can't even blow all the junk out it wont come out and it just starts dripping and it's gross what can i do about this????

take a shower, and blow your nose in the steam, it will come out easier with heat
