Help! this boy keeps calling me, does he like me, what do I do??

Ok I'm really shy, never had a boyfriend, and I thought until now that I had to find a way to tell him, "I can't see you, sorry"...But he keeps doing things like...

-I told him my "parents" are strict, so he's been texting me like at 11 at night, saying things like, "whats up?" "can u call me?"

-When I said I would call him back and I did, he said, "Hey! I was here waiting and thought u weren't gonna call me!"

- When I talked to him over the phone he was kinda laughing but not in a mean way (why was that???)

-We talked for a long while like past midnight and the next morning texted me early in the morning.

-He told me I'm pretty, nice, and innocent, and keeps saying he's the bad one and doesn't wanna be the one to "ruin" me

-Keeps saying, "is there anything i wanna ask me??" (he's said this like 10 times even though I said, "I don't know...?)

is he hot? do u like him?cuz if u do ithink u should give him a chance and ask him if he wants 2 go out w/ u.....just be careful...even tho its kind or creepy that he siad ur innocent i think he menat like ur not all S****y and out to get fucked and s**t but hea, if he tries 2 get u 2 sleep w/ him tthen u kno u got 2 get away from him.. but yea...at least give him a chance....he seems like a hot badboy who is sweet and likes u (if u dont like him u could give him 2 me?:])
