ok i well, when i get chosen 2 be best answer and i'm 4% best answer right now and now like 2 hours ago now i'm 3% best answer why does my computer do that??????????

You must have kept answering questions which would lower your percentage.

It's all in the math.  Figure it out.

You keep answering questions so it lowers your percentage. If you get best answer for the extra questions you answered your percentage will go up again.
