Help to Remove Free Games On-Line audio from my...

Question

When I was searching for free on-line games to play, I apparently picked up the VERY loud and very annoying audio advertisement from "Free Games on-line.com". It sounds like someone dropped a car from an airplane followed by the sound of a sledge hammer and their site name spoken very loudly. I can hear it all night long from my bedroom!! I have removed every speck of them from my computer and have sent them an email asking for their help. I got an answer back saying that ''if I have downloaded anything from Google, to remove it. That was their answer to the problem!!! Can anyone help me remove this horrible noise from my computer??
