Help to a job question ( team work and own my own )?

Hi, my boyfriend hasnt had a job before and would need some help on some questions, he plays football so maybe it might help, hes stuck on the question that asks, name a time where hes worked on his own and a time hes worked in a team.

Hes spoke about the football for teamwork, but what else could he say for working on his own? thanks
