i need someone to enter the files of a very important company in the U.S and to find the person s address in servia.

**I think this would probably be illegal and asking somebody to do something that may lose them their job is an awful lot to ask for.  I think you should find some other way to locate this person.  Ask somebody he knew, a friend or acquaintance if they know.  I'm sure somebody has kept in touch with him.
