ok im 16 and weigh 170. i want to lose a lot of weight before december so i have 4 months. i started school already so i have chosen to work out on weekends because i have no time during weekday.[i go to a private school so alot of hw and stuff] well my question is. approximatley how much wieght can i lose before or when december comes. i work out for 4 hours each weekend and i eat healthy. i dont starve myself and i plan to lose weight the healthy way.

  1. Count your calories!

    one pound is equal to 3500 calories

    if you eat 1500 calories a day you should loose about a pound per week

    try doing a 5 minute workout in the mornings to help you wake up, and jump start your metabolism. (this shouldn't interfere with your schedule)

    BMI= Weight in kilogram/ (Height in Meter)2

    Suppose weight is 100 KG & Height is 2 Meter than BMI=100/(2) 2 =25

    This is acceptable for male but for femal has to reduce weight up to 80 KGS

    How to remain fit & healthy?

    Morning before taking any thing drink warm water 4-6 glass as per body requirement.

    Keep your stomach half filled

    Keep your weigh as per you height

    Maintain hemoglobin level as your doctor says

    Do exercise or walking 30-60 minutes

    Do yoga ,Pranayam in place of exercise if possible

I have a method that can make you loose 20 pounds in 1 month it's simple almost all foods tell you how many calories are in them so make sure you dont eat anymore than 1200 calories in 1 day and you will loose 1 pound each day.  This method works I've done it. In fact I thought of it, I went from 195 to 175 at the age of 18 in 1 month. No exercise is required, You can eat anything you want, You DONT starve yourself, and best of all There are no side effects.

    THE Steps Are

    1) Only eat 300 calories per meal.

    2) Eat 4 meals a day every 4 hours.

    3) If you eat 600 calories in 1 meal then you should skip 2 meals so that you dont go above 1200 calories.

  6. Well what helps me to lose weight is drinking lots of water!

    Make sure you eat pyramid style which means getting the right servings of everything. Try to stay away from stuff that is high in fat or sugars.. Eat in the 1800 calorie range, try not to go over that,

    Doing cardio is also very good for your heart and mind so try doing that as a warm up. After the cardio do some type of dancing.

    Always make sure to stretch! Then do some easy excercises like jump roping, jumping jacks, jogging, and stuff like that. Trust me it will help you a lot. I know because this is how I lose my weight it works very well. So good luck.
