ok im 16 and weigh 170. i want to lose a lot of weight before december so i have 4 months. i started school already so i have chosen to work out on weekends because i have no time during weekday.[i go to a private school so alot of hw and stuff] well my question is. approximatley how much wieght can i lose before or when december comes. i work out for 4 hours each weekend and i eat healthy. i dont starve myself and i plan to lose weight the healthy way. thnx!
