  1. As long as your yourself, and you don't act conceited, your going to do fine. Theres no reason to be intimidated by people, especially ppl u dont know yet. Some ppl could sense ur fear, and they will take that chance and use it against u..so dont let it show. do ur thing.

i went to theater camp for the past few years. i never let intimidation slow me down or hold me back. when we played improv games, i was 1st to volunteer, becuz i kno im good at them. if u kno ur good at something, its ok to goabove and beyond in it, and u shouldnt worry abt other ppl.

idk if what isaid makes sense..i doubt it..lol..but good luck.

  2. girl...if you can act in front of hundreds of people...you can pull this off easily...i trust u!!

  3. I got the following from the book "The Survivor Personality"

    1) There was a guy.... who heard a rumor of lay-off's of his corporation he had been an employee of for some 20 years....instead of choosing to become depressed and anxious, he chose the pro-active route..and told himself, "If I get laid off, I'll take the time to go and finish my college education."..... turns out he was one of the few that didn't get laid off from his job... one of his friends turned to him and asked, "Wow, aren't you lucky...to be able to keep your job?"... to which he simply replied, "Actually I'm a little dissapointed I was looking forward to completing and going back to College to pursue my degree."

    2) Depending on your worldview, I think it helps that 'Reality' or 'Fate' or whatever you want to call it has something better for you if things don't work out for you in the here-and-now...

    3) When you put all your eggs in the basket of 'Now'... your setting yourself up for failure... and I believe others can pick up on this from time to time and exploit this to their advantage.... like the 'bitchy' girls you mentioned above..

    4) I believe you still want to put your 'All' into what's in front of you...but reserve enough of yourself and personality that it's not life and death either.. once this 'edge' is taken off, it reflects in your confidence...and can carry over even in to your performance..

    5) Best of Luck.

  4. Nobody intimidates you..

You let yourself be intimidated by others.

Someone told me it helps thinking of intimidating people while they are without clothes, or in another situation you can laugh at them or be sorry for them.

Another client told me it helps thinking of intimidating people sitting in the 'bathroom' seeing them in your mind cleaning themselfs after the deed make  them loose a lot of power.
