Help to travel from Toulouse to Madrid...?

I have a crazy life and would have to travel daily from Toulouse to Madrid and viceversa.... someone have a good idea of how to do that? train??? how many hours would take? Thank you very much for your help!

i think plane is the best solution.

I think you can take the plane, there is a big airport in Toulouse or you can travel by train from Toulouse to Barcelona and next from Barcelona to Madrid
