  1. Don't just use a regular plunger. The ball type that fits over the water drain completely work best. They force a larger volume of air and water to the clog. Do this about 10 times. but, lift the plunger each time out of the water.

If you do not have the ball type plunger and only the cup type, cover the drain with the cup. Then use the plunger with hard fast strokes for at least 10 to 15 times. Do not raise the plunger abover the water level but keep it tight to the drain. The suction action also helps to break loose the clog.

  2. stop pooping in it.

  3. flush it once so the water level goes up< and then plunge it until the water level goes down really quick. then it is unclogged

  4. get a bucket of water and pour it in quickly, if it all goes down ,your toilet is clear, if it just fills up the toilet you still have a clog.

  5. Get a good plunger and push really hard on that plunger to make sure it's uncloged.  Make sure you take the plunger out of the water each time so that you get lots of air pressure going down there.  If a good plunging doesn't work, you can also get a toilet 'snake'.  You can get it at any hardware store and basically it's a long springy wire that goes down your toilet or sink to unclog whatever is there.  They are very easy to use and will do the job for you.  That will definitely fix it if your plunger fails you.
