Is breathing in your nose and out your mouth good?

what stretches do you recommend before running?

my track meet's tommorrow =O are there any foods i should eat before then?

    it is if your a slow runner. if you run faster its best to breath in and out of your mouth. also 80% of the pain of running is physcological so dont think about it. listen to music or talk with a friend

    what stretches do you recommend before running?

    as many streches as you can think of any way you can bend your body bend it that way before you start lol. EXPECIALLY your legs. also roll your foot in a circle to help stretch your ankles as well.

    tips : let your adrenaline rush dont try to stop it. it makes your run like a million times faster then normally would.
