Help trying to find manufacturers of Personal GPS Devices in China for large orders of 100,000 units?

For an Idea of what i mean:

Though sites like Alibaba, only get me in touch with 3rd party sellers. I will need as many as 100,000 units and wanted to buy it at source.

I will be making a trip to china too. But need to make sure where all i want to visit. So can anyone help me find actual manufacturers?
