Hey Im on a diet and tonight my family are going out to kfc to celebrate, what can I have thats tasty and healthy,

no stupid answers i cant stay behind or take my own food :-)

also I live in new zealand, so they wont have all the american choices

vegetable plate and a biscuit if you don't wanna get chicken.  anything they may have grilled instead of fried.  chicken tenders.  for the drink water, tea or lemonade.
