While pushing my aluminium cart along the ramp which is made of concrete and has groves to prevent the carts friom skidding or toppling over,one of the wheels gave way.

please help immediately.(something cheap and environmently friendly)

fix the wheel you could use a product called liquid metal if the damage is that bad get it welded I don't think the cart is made of aluminium
