  1. Just a general "vegetarian food pyramid" image search in google.

No fish are animals, so if you eat fish you aren't vegetarain. Try beans, tofu, legumes, mushrooms are all great replacements for meat. You can also try some meat substitutes, but they are good in moderation or as a treat. If your going to give up all other meat and dairy, why not take that last step and give up fish too. Just because they aren't cute and cuddly doesn't mean they deserve to die.

  2. Google "Vegetarian Food Pyramid"

    It's right there.

Fish are animals and you won't find them on the pyramid.

  3. Here is a link to a vegetarian food pyramid:

Hope that helps, and congratulations on becoming a vegetarian!

  4. I heard that the new food peromid is actually called something like eat the colors of the rainbow or something, and its basically that you need to eat alot of fruits and veggies that have colors in them. and make sure you get in your protien (beans, soy bean, stuff like that)

just substute the meat part, for beans, and protiens.

you can get them in vegi foods

  5. As a vegetarian, all you really need to do is replace meat with artificial meats or other proteins.

    Vegan:

theres lactose free milk and dairy products.

  7. protein sources- nuts, seeds, beans, tofu, meat substitutes.. There are more, but they are all high in protein. The more processed stuff will be more expensive than raw/ unprocessed foods.

Calcium sources- veggies, kale is a really good source of calcium. Soy milk, rice milk.

google search vegan food pyramid and it should show up.

Eating fish would make you a pescatarian.
