Help viruses or trojan

Question

Can someone pleasee help me i got a viruses and i dunno how get rid of it

it changed my backround of my desttop saying get anti virus.. i cant change it back now to what i want it downloaded (anit virus xp) onto mo computer and i can deleted it i dunno what to do

help me i got avast and windoes defender but windoes defender did not pick oit up

That sounds bad!! Your entire screen turns into the get antivirus screen. You'll need to do some meager backing files up like the most essential ones onto a flash drive and then delete your entire harddrive. Then reinstall windows and start fresh.

Get Spybot Search & Destroy.  It finds everything on you computer and once done, you just have to click the fix problem tab and its all done.

Try that first - if it doesn't work then you have other infections as well so you will need to do a thorough cleaning of your computer - Here's how:

First do an ONLINE SCAN  - Kaspersky is the best one and works well..

just be patient - it takes a long time to download the virus definitions and do the scan...

Prior to doing an ONLINE SCAN it's a good idea to clean up all your temp files and internet history and cookies:

Use ATF Cleaner, Clean-up or Disk Cleanup to do this: (disk cleanup = program files> accessories> disk Cleanup)

(each different program cannot detect all the problems, it is wise to run several)

if you have a severe problem you shouldn't try and tackle it yourself, there are many TECH SITES

There are other powerful programs out there that also eliminate viruses and trojans but shouldn't be used

I had the trojan horse once too and it took forever to get rid of, but don't worry, it goes. Just don't log into much using a credit card or something very private in use of a password. Click on your anti virus, if it says error detected, click the button to fight it.

sounds like aliens have something to do with this, wrap your computer in tinfoil and you'll be good to go.
