Help w/ my mp4 player?

i just installed a philips gogear SA60xx mp4 player. and i wanna add files but when i plug in the usb my comp acts like i didn't connect it. whats happening? y isnt it popping up? and how do i get it to work!?!?!?!?!!?

  1. It may not be compatable with ur computer...or just try plugging it in and turnig it off and on
