Help wearing makeup!!!

im going in the 8th grade and i want to wear makeup but ive never wore makeup before and i dont know how to wear makeup please help any way u can thanks

the best way to learn to put on make is to go to macy and other stores like that they will teach you to put on makeup and show you the type of makeup your face need or the makeup you will look good in

sweetie like everybody said the best thing to do is go on youtube and watch a video thats how i learned cause you get hands on learning how to di it. or oyu can ask your mom. key word dont wear too much let it be natural:D i like this website for my brushes. everything on there is a 1.00 i would recommend buying there makeup kits they are like 12.00. so then you can get the hang of makeup and dont have to buy everything separate it will all be ion one case:D

Try the basics:

Face powder: Use a face brush it apply evenly. Get the right color that matches your complextion.

Eyeliner: Black, Apply to the bottom lid, where your lashes are.

Lip gloss: shades of pinks...

first and foremost do not over do it. just apply a very light shade of eyeshadow, dark eyeliner on your lash line, mascara on the tips of your lashes, rosey blush on your cheek bones and lip gloss. you should be good to go. the best makeup application is one that you can't see.

You should wear some dark brown water proof on the top and the outer corner of the bottom lid ( it's on the < shape ), and when going out with friends, do the same with black mascara, and put dark colored eyeliner on the top lash line.

Covergirl is a good line.

1. buy the makeup - go with your mum or a friend

get:

-foundation - depending on your colour

-blusher/bronzer

-mascara

-kohl eyeliner

-an eye shadow

*blue eyes = blue/pink/green

*green eyes = green/purple/black

*brown eyes = brown/gold/orange

2. put it on... foundation first covering all of face

then blusher or bronzer on the apple of your cheeks

then eye shadow

then kohl in the eye

the lastly mascara

then lipgloss if you want but don't go OTT for school...

get someone to help you and practice

because your still pretty young i would recomend going for a more natural approach to make up, which means just a face powder, mascara, lip gloss and possibly blush ( but sparingly) i would try to stay away from dark eyeliner, amature eyeliner application can be a disaster ( i would know). when you go to buy your make up i would suggest you go for the facial powder over the liquid concealor, the liquid stuff is really hard to match and look heavy and cakey on, a good brand of powder is bare minerals, its hard to go wrong with them although it is a little expensive. when choosing a lip gloss make sure it is a sheer natural color. to put it on all you need to do is get a medium sized stiff brush- for the powder, and a medium sized soft brush - for the blush. apply the powder all over your face, including under your eyes and make sure to blend it really well. when you use blush, tap your brush to get out the excess, and blend high on your cheek bones up into your hairline. mascara and lip gloss are pretty easy
