Out of the games you listed, Mario Kart. That game is hours of fun, especially if you have friends or siblings with a DS. It supports download play so they can play off of your cart. The Sims games aren't great on the DS.

Probably a mario game or even a pokemon game. mario games are fun and you can beat it and get new characters the futher you get. Pokemon games are adventure, you train your own guys and you can battle your friends.
