Help what can i do ? the house i am renting has MOLD.I have tomove out. mold is all over my things. do i have?

any rights? not a good time $ to be moving. I live in NH. should the landlord be responsiable to move me?and to have my things cleaned. he has been told. and he does nothing. he let me out of my lease 3 months early. help!!! i cant believe this is happening

  1. You probably don't have mold, you probably have mildew.  They look the same, smell the same.

    Mildew is caused by very high humidity where a place cannot "air out".  Do you have air conditioning?  If you don't, and it's been hot, then that is why.

    I agree with the other poster, I would wager that if you got a dehumidifier, it would take care of the problem.  

    Your landlord should be responsible for providing one for you, but I would gladly buy one myself before I would argue the point.


  2. This may be caused by damp/condensation.

    Try getting in a dehumidifier, ive heard they work wonders.

  4. hi, do you stilll have your health? if so your luckier than me. i suffered brain damage from toxic mold. get out now

  5. i think tha tin a situation like this you should find a way to fix it with your landlord ASAP. however it probably gonna cost more for you than your landlord.
