  1. you've got to confront her and tell her how you feel

maybe try telling an adult you trust and see what they think of this situation

i'm not positive but 93lbs doesn't seem underweight to me then again i have no sense of how tall 5 foot 4 is so

take my actual and ignore that last paragraph if you want to HELP your friend

  2. sneak lard into her healthy food

  3. Well, I am 5'3" and weigh 120. 93 lbs for someone an inch taller than me is too skinny.

Where are the parents, if you are watching the girl? She needs help, and you recognize that. If her parents aren't around, what about a legal guardian you can talk to. She needs to turn herself around pretty fast.

  4. you sound intelligent.

  5. You need to sitdown with her and talk to her about health. I'm sorry but ur gonna have to scare/bore her until she'll eat 3 full meals a day. She'll get sick if you start huge but work ur way up to a healthy amount of food. 16 bmi is 2 bmi underweight that's not healthy... try to get her up to 110 pounds or so that's a nice average bmi

  6. be sure to talk to her mom.

& when your around her dont make it obvious but just say things that would encourage her to like her body and want to gain more weight.

  7. talk to her first of all

and if she responds wll, try to help her eat small, healthy portions once aday

    if not

you cant help those who dont want to be helped
